TO FEAR IS FROM ADAB
Our Master Hadrat Ali (KW) states, “The head of wisdom is the fear of Allah.” “Ra’sul hikmati makhafatullah.” Should we fear Allah? Of course, we should fear Allah. Becasue He is Allah Azza wa Jalla, and everything is in His hands. It says in all verses and hadiths to fear Allah. To fear Allah is from good manners (adab). Allah’s mercy is also plenty. Do we not need to fear Allah because He has mercy. No, it is an order: fear Allah. All verses state to fear Allah and to be decent with Allah. Allah makes people as He likes. Not only you but everybody is pale in comparison with Allah. We are nothing. We need to be fearing and shivering in the face of Allah’s greatness and omnipotence.
